The Double Disillusionists

Join Andrew P Street (Fairfax) and Dom Knight (The Chaser) and their ever-brilliant guests for another instalment of the now-monthly political chat slash comedy show that’s like Q&A without any attempt at balance or objectivity – but with swearing.

Oh, and a licensed venue…

This month, in honour of the first ever Yack Festival at Giant Dwarf, we have an especially incredible lineup!

Antony Green

The ABC’s election analyst, who’ll filling us in on several important votes – the forthcoming by-election in New England, the postal survey and the Senate changes. We’ll also pick his brain about the state of Australian politics more broadly – as many commentators have started to argue, are we losing confidence in the process itself?

Sally Rugg

Marriage equality campaign director at the organisation everyone’s talking about – GetUp! Who has been at the coal face in the year’s most protracted and contentious political argument, and debated Lyle Shelton on national television…

Doors open an hour before show time.

Stick around after The Double Disillusionists to catch Dom Knight and Andrew P Street in a special spoof show, Festival of Genuinely Dangerous Ideas. (on sale at 8:30am on September 21)
