Wyatt Nixon-Lloyd and Bridie Connell are an award-winning musical comedy duo. After performing musical improv together for some years, the pair used their Serious Journalistic Platform on Tonightly with Tom Ballard at the ABC to write as many parody songs as they possibly could and pose as a family band at Tamworth Country Music Festival.
In 2018 they claimed the ARIA for Best Comedy Release for their disturbing funk hit “Sex Pest”, inspired by the #MeToo movement.
Wyatt and Bridie have plenty of fans, including Prime Minister Scott Morrison who described the pair as “numpties” after their song “RefuJesus” went viral.
Appearing at Giant Dwarf Theatre for one night only, the pair will bring their trademark joyful and irreverent musical stylings to the stage. A loose, hilarious and optimistic night, not to be missed!
