Giant Dwarf presents: Tiny Tunes
Tiny Tunes is the new music event series for GD at their brand new home in Surry Hills. In the same way that we’ve been supporting emerging comics over the years, we want to celebrate the history of our new home and give some love to the amazing artists who bring us music.
Chill nights of musicians jamming, gigging, sharing songs and good times are here. Ain’t no COVID gonna be taking our creatives. Come out at support the arts <3.
SATURDAY AUGUST 29th – Oliver Henry
Oliver will be performing on Saturday 29th August; supported by a 3-piece band.
Oliver Henry is a Sydney-based electronic musician and trumpet player. He produces dance music that toes the line between acoustic and electronic, drawing influences from artists such as St Germain, Miles Davis, Nicolas Jaar and more. For this exclusive sit-down set, he will be supported by a 3-piece band performing entirely original tracks and live jams written for the occasion, mingling electronic sequences and layers with the sounds of live keyboards, electric guitar, saxophone, trumpet and voice. Live band: Nic Johnston, Aron Patel, Alistair Milne, Mel Bailey.
